Synopsis:
In order to meet the new age of high density PCB assembly.Der-Pan develop a new generation SMT reflow oven-TSK8000,with this unique convention IR/Hot Air heating system,it can maintains uniform heating distribution,even for BGA assembly it can gain a quality reflow.
Feature:
1. Temp.control
system
PID micro-processor through SSR and thermocouple provide a
precise and stable temperature.
2. Force
convection heating system
Seven individual force convention heat zones(5 upper,2 bottom)the
temperature among difference zones can be set over
50°C;Pre-heater zone and reflow zone temperature can be set over
120°C,during process temperature can always be maintained within
±2°C.
3.Transportation
and cooling system
Special structure of conveyor will not be affected by high oven
temperature and maintains a stable speed.Crossfiow cooling fan
maintains an even cooling effect.
4. Security
system
The heating systems are double protected by two steps over
temperature setting with alarm or/and shot down the power and the
top cover left automatically. The oven is insulated by high grade
ceramic fiber to keep the external surface at normal temp.
